GTMFull-time

Go-to-Market (GTM)

Figure out how Swapt grows at every level — then go make it happen. You'll own partnerships and sales across direct outreach, inbound, and events.

What you'll do

  • Growth strategy — Find out how to grow the company at every level — which customers, channels, and motions work — and turn what you learn into a repeatable playbook.

  • Direct sales — Build target lists, run outbound, lead discovery calls and demos, and close brands from first touch to signed customer.

  • Inbound — Own the inbound funnel — respond fast, qualify well, and turn interest from the site, content, and referrals into pipeline.

  • Partnerships — Source and grow partnerships with agencies, platforms, and complementary tools that put Swapt in front of the right brands.

  • Events — Pick the trade shows, conferences, and meetups worth our time, represent Swapt in person, and follow up so every event turns into pipeline.

  • Pipeline & feedback loop — Keep the CRM accurate, report on what's working, and bring what you hear from brands back to the product team.

Hard skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development — ecommerce or marketplace experience is a big plus.

  • Running a full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.

  • Outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone, including building and researching target lists.

  • CRM hygiene and pipeline management — forecasting from real data, not gut feel.

  • Structuring and managing partner and referral relationships.

  • Planning and working events end to end, from booth to follow-up.

  • Comfortable with metrics — funnel conversion, CAC, and pipeline math in a spreadsheet.

  • Fluent with Claude and other AI tools for research, outreach, and workflow automation.

Soft skills

  • Builder mindset — comfortable creating the playbook from scratch rather than following one.

  • Relationship-driven — earns trust with founders, operators, and partners.

  • Resilient and persistent; treats a no as information, not a stop sign.

  • Excellent communicator — sharp in writing, confident on a call, and at ease in a room full of strangers.

  • Curious and a good listener — asks the question behind the question.

  • Self-directed and accountable for numbers; owns outcomes without being managed day to day.

  • Scrappy and experimental — tests ideas quickly and doubles down on what works.

Customer SuccessInternship

Customer Success Intern

Help brands get live on Swapt and see results — onboarding new customers, answering their questions, and turning what you hear into a better product. You'll work alongside AI tools every day.

What you'll do

  • Onboarding — Walk new brands through setup — their account, QR inserts, landing pages, and first retention flows — until they're live and capturing customers from Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.

  • Customer support — Be a first responder in our support inbox and chat. Answer questions quickly and clearly, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs with clean reproduction steps.

  • Account health — Keep an eye on scans, captures, and flow performance across your accounts. Flag brands that are stalling and reach out before small problems turn into churn.

  • Help center & resources — Write and update help docs, how-to guides, and short walkthrough videos based on the questions customers actually ask.

  • Voice of the customer — Log feature requests and bugs in Linear, spot patterns across accounts, and bring what customers are telling us back to the product team.

  • Product QA — Test new features before they reach customers — follow the steps, try to break things, and help make every release one you'd be proud to support.

  • Work in Claude / AI daily — Use Claude and other AI tools as a core, everyday part of the workflow — drafting replies, researching accounts, and speeding up docs.

Hard skills

  • Clear, friendly writing — much of this role is written support and documentation.

  • A troubleshooting instinct: able to reproduce a problem step by step and document it so an engineer can fix it fast.

  • Comfortable in spreadsheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, reading a dataset).

  • Comfortable learning tools quickly — CRM, help desk, Linear, and Swapt itself.

  • Genuinely comfortable working alongside AI tools day to day.

  • Bonus: familiarity with ecommerce, Shopify, or selling on Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop.

  • Bonus: recording simple screen-share walkthroughs (e.g. Loom).

Soft skills

  • Genuinely enjoys helping people — patient, empathetic, and upbeat, even on a tough ticket.

  • Owns the problem until it's solved, not just until it's handed off.

  • Stays organized and calm while juggling several customers at once.

  • Strong communicator — clear in writing and on a call.

  • Detail-oriented; notices the small thing that's off before the customer does.

  • Curious and self-directed — doesn't wait to be handed the next thing.

DesignInternship

UX Design Intern

Design the experiences that turn a scan into a lifelong customer — from the landing page a shopper sees after scanning a QR code to the dashboard brands use to run their retention. You'll ship real work, fast, with AI tools as part of your everyday workflow.

What you'll do

  • Shopper-facing experiences — Design the mobile landing pages, sign-up flows, and loyalty screens shoppers see after they scan — where every extra tap costs a customer.

  • Brand dashboard — Improve the web app brands use to build campaigns, design inserts, and track results. Make complex workflows feel simple.

  • Research & usability testing — Talk to brands and shoppers, run quick usability tests, and turn what you learn into clear, prioritized design changes.

  • Prototypes & handoff — Go from sketch to clickable Figma prototype, then hand off clean, well-annotated designs and work closely with engineering until it ships.

  • Design system — Help build and maintain our components, patterns, and guidelines so the product and marketing site feel consistent.

  • Print & packaging — Design QR code inserts, stickers, and packaging templates that look great, stay on-brand, and get scanned.

  • Work in Claude / AI daily — Use Claude and other AI tools as a core, everyday part of the workflow — exploring ideas, writing UX copy, and prototyping faster.

Hard skills

  • A portfolio showing your design process — the problem, what you tried, and why you landed where you did. School and personal projects count.

  • Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, and interactive prototyping.

  • Mobile-first UI design: layout, typography, color, and accessibility fundamentals.

  • Comfortable running simple user interviews and usability tests.

  • Clear UX writing — labels, empty states, and error messages that actually help.

  • Genuinely comfortable working alongside AI tools day to day.

  • Bonus: basic HTML/CSS, or experience with print and packaging design.

Soft skills

  • Obsessed with the user — asks why before deciding what.

  • Open to feedback and quick to iterate; doesn't get precious about a first draft.

  • Clear communicator who can explain design decisions to engineers, founders, and customers.

  • Detail-oriented — notices the 2px misalignment and the confusing label.

  • Balances craft with speed; knows when good enough ships and when it doesn't.

  • Curious and self-directed — doesn't wait to be handed the next thing.
