Message 2 — Get the most out of it (day 2–3). Usage tips, a how-to, or a quick-start guide. This drives satisfaction, reduces returns, and positions you as a helpful brand, not just a seller.
Message 3 — The brand story (day 5–7). Who you are and why you exist. People buy again from brands they feel connected to. Keep it short and human.
Message 4 — The second-order nudge (day 10–14). Now you've earned the right to sell. Offer a reason to come back: a replenishment reminder, a complementary product, a loyalty reward unlocking, or a modest returning-customer incentive. Remember the 60-day window — buyers who reorder within it are 3x more likely to stay.
Tips that lift conversion
- Match timing to the product. A consumable's reorder nudge should land just before it runs out.
- Make buying friction-free. A one-tap reorder or pre-loaded coupon at the moment of intent.
