This Privacy Policy for Swapt QR, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us” “our”) describes how we collect, use and disclose information about users of the Company’s website (www.Swaptqr.com), the QR experiences provided to you on behalf of our brand partners, applications, services, tools and features (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services. Please note that the Services are designed for users in the United States only and are not intended for users located outside the United States.

We collect details regarding your interaction with the QR experience, including details regarding your interaction with and attendance at pop-ups, retails stores, events and products, purchases you may make and your participation with the QR experience. We use this information to evaluate the QR experience and improve the Services, personalize your experience and to monitor for and prevent fraud.
- Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending an email message to us.
We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). To do this, we may use cookies, local storage, and geolocation technologies and track your usage of the Services (“Tracking Technologies”). Usage Data may include:
